Accelerated Resolution Therapy®(ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy®(ART) is a brief, structured form of psychotherapy that helps people process distressing memories and symptoms by changing how those memories are stored in the brain. ART removes triggers by erasing negative images from view.
